Veno Training offers a range of hands-on AI training courses focused on building practical skills and creating AI powered tools that deliver real value in day-to-day work. All courses are designed for non-technical staff and take participants from learning the basics to confidently creating a working tool for their business.
Most participants start with a short format course to experience the training approach and build their first AI powered tool or automation. From there, longer courses are available to extend skills and build more advanced tools and workflows.
We also run regular free taster sessions for those who want to experience the training format before booking a course.
AI Taster Session: Try the Hands-on Training
An AI taster session lets you experience the hands-on training format before booking a course. During the live online session, an instructor introduces a simple AI powered workflow to automate a common everyday task. Participants then complete a guided hands-on activity to build a basic AI powered automation, with live support throughout.
The aim of the session is to help attendees understand how the training works and what it feels like to build a simple AI powered tool in a live online setting. Participants often leave with ideas for tools and automations they could build for their own team.

Micro AI Course: Build a Simple AI Tool
The Micro AI Course is designed for those who want to move beyond experimenting with AI and build a useful tool for their own work. Across a small number of live online sessions, participants learn how to apply AI in a practical way and create a working automation or tool tailored to their own team’s workflows.
The course is fully instructor led and hands-on. Participants take part in guided exercises, practise using the tools during live sessions, and then apply what they have learned to design and build a simple AI powered tool for use at work. No technical background is required, and support is provided throughout to ensure steady progress.
By the end of the course, participants have built and launched a working AI powered tool that saves time, reduces manual effort, or improves how a routine task is handled. The focus is on building and deploying something useful, rather than learning a range of theory.

Full AI Course: Build Advanced AI Tools
The Full AI Course is designed for organisations that want to go further after completing a Micro AI Course, or for teams that already have a clear use case and want to build more capable AI tools. It provides more time, structure, and support to develop multiple workflows or a more advanced AI powered solution.
Participants build on the practical skills gained in the micro course and apply them across a wider range of tasks. Through live instructor-led sessions, guided workshops, and structured practice, attendees design, build, and refine AI tools that integrate into existing team workflows and support day-to-day operations.
The focus remains practical and outcome-driven. Rather than covering AI theory in depth, the course concentrates on applying AI effectively and safely, improving reliability, and extending tools to handle more complex requirements over time.
